How can I check on my pet during their stay?

You can call our office at 434-374-2295. You can also give us your cell phone number and we will send you pictures throughout their stay.

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

Yes, you can bring their special food and we will feed them according to their diet. Please bring instructions or tell your kennel attendant and they will put a note in their chart. We have a refrigerator and microwave for any special foods as well.

What do you supply for overnight boarding?

We supply kuranda beds, blankets, towels, bowls, buckets, treats, pedigree dry and wet food.

What if my pet has any medications?

Please bring your pets medication, ointments, shots, etc. You may bring instructions or tell your kennel attendant what day and times your pet needs their medicine.

Does my dog get to go outside?

Yes, your dog will be let outside 3-6 times a day during our AM shift, Mid-Day shift, and PM shift.

Do you have air conditioning and heat?

Yes, the kennel is air conditioned and heated based on the time of the year.
